Hi, I think students selling used textbooks to each other is a great ideal. If a student purchase a book from the bookstore and sell it back to the bookstore they get just pennies on the dollar. I have kids in college and I am trying to find where we can get used textbooks to sell on our site. http://www.collegegoodies.com.
The kids and I put in a lot of time into making this site full featured and easy to use the students. We really want to help other students. That is why students can list one item or thousands 100% free.
Our site is ready to go; all we need now are the textbooks. I have looked at a lot of sites but all of them are selling used books back to students. I need a place where I can get wholesale textbooks. If you have any suggestion please let me know.
Thanks,
Joe

Congratulations on your college text book website. Selling textbooks is a lucrative business and I wish you great success.
The article to which you are referring specifically talks about used textbooks. It discusses how to get them from various sources, and how to sell them for maximum profit.
If you want to buy new textbooks wholesale, then I suggest you start by looking at the publisher information on the copyright page of the text books you want to sell. You can also try searching for "wholesale college textbooks" or "textbook publishers" using your favorite Internet search engine.
Investigate the market and determine which textbooks sell the best. Then you can get the publisher information from the books themselves.
Thanks for your post and I hope you visit this site again and post an update on your progress.
