General Consulting

General mentoring is conducted by phone. You purchase sessions in advance in one of these convenient blocks of time:

One Hour: $150
Two Hours: $275
Three Hours: $375
Five Hours: $600
Ten Hours: $1,100

Telephone consultations must be used in a minimum of 30-minute blocks. eMailed questions are billed at a 15-minute minimum (i.e., if it takes me 5 minutes or 10 minutes to answer, you'll be charged for 15, so it's best to consolidate your questions in advance!)

I can help you with workflow layout, the construction and placement of your bookshelves, software selection and implementation, employee training, and a million other things that can go wrong when leasing a warehouse.

My rates for an on-site warehouse management consultation visit is a flat $800 per day, plus a round-trip coach airline ticket, plus $125 per night hotel accommodations, plus $40 daily per diem, with a minimum 3-day engagement, (3 days and 3 nights), which includes one day of travel.

Additional days can be purchased for $700 per day plus my standard daily rates for hotel accommodations and per diem.

"OK, I'm Sold! What's Next?"

Here's what you do:

  • Please eMail me using my Contact Us page and suggest at least three possible dates and time slots for the initial session (M-F, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, PST) AT LEAST 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR eMAIL (feel free to ask if I have anything sooner, but 10 days out is normal).
  • All fees must be paid in advance before the trip will be scheduled.

If you're sending a check at least ten days in advance of a session, make it out to: Small Business Press, LLC; and mail the check to P.O. Box 1800, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340.

Once payment has cleared your bank, I'll contact you to either let you know which of your suggested dates work for me, or to suggest alternative dates and times.

During our initial consultation we'll mutually agree on additional dates and times, or you can save your time until you feel you really need it.
